2.1. Our Products include handcrafted crystals, candles, and botanical resin jewellery. Each item is individually made, and variations in colour, shape, size, and texture are natural and expected.

2.3. Crystals and botanical items are natural materials; we do not guarantee identical pieces or uniform finishes.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
3.2. All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
3.3. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect pricing.
3.4. Payments must be completed at checkout via the secure payment gateways provided.
3.5. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We ship across India and select international locations.
4.2. Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and product type. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
4.3. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
4.5. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping fees will apply.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1. Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
5.2. Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or incorrect products received, provided we are notified within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof and photographs.
5.3. If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion after inspecting the claim.
5.4. Minor variations, bubbles, or marks in resin or natural imperfections in crystals do not qualify as damage.

6. Product Care and Safety

6.1. Our candles are made with natural waxes and fragrances. Always burn them on a heat-resistant surface and never leave them unattended.
6.2. Keep candles and crystals away from children and pets.
6.3. Resin jewellery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, perfumes, and water to maintain clarity and shine.
6.4. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling of products.

7. Intellectual Property
